Personal Training

Our Personal Training Program is designed to assist and encourage the successful fulfillment of your personal health and fitness goals. We offer a variety of services including: 1:1 private sessions, duo sessions, small group training, sports conditioning, TRX and Polar Body Age Assessments. An emphasis is placed on total fitness in the areas of cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition. Our personal training team specializes in weight management, sport specific training, pre- and post-natal training, core and functional training, post-rehabilitation and much more.
