Personal Training

Our Personal Training Program is designed to assist and encourage the successful fulfillment of your personal health and fitness goals. We offer a variety of services including: 1:1 private sessions, duo sessions, small group training, sports conditioning, TRX and Polar Body Age Assessments. An emphasis is placed on total fitness in the areas of cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition. Our personal training team specializes in weight management, sport specific training, pre- and post-natal training, core and functional training, post-rehabilitation and much more. We invite you to share your goals with us, and together we will achieve them!

Group Training

Group training classes at Cherry Creek Athletic Club are designed for members looking for the benefits of personal training, but in a small-group setting. You’ll accomplish health and fitness goals like never before, alongside 4 to 8 other participants, as you motivate and push each other along the way. Develop a holistic approach to wellness by incorporating nutrition into your time at CCAC. With an in-house nutritionist, you can add nutrition coaching to your fitness regimen. A nutritionist will get you started with an initial 90 minute consultation and develop a custom nutrition plan for you. Follow-up 30 and 60 minute sessions will keep your on track after your initial consultation.
