Mind Body Schedule

Our Mind Body Studio offers classes for all students from beginner to advanced. Our programs include Yoga, Pilates Mat, Ballet Sculpt, and Tai Chi. We are proud to offer over forty classes in our Mind Body Studio weekly. For yoga, most classes are an eclectic blend of various styles and disciplines. Our classes practice traditional postures to build strength and flexibility with an attention to breath and alignment. Beyond yoga, we offer Pilates Mat to sculpt long lean muscles, Ballet Sculpt to challenge you with exercises to create a ballet dancer’s body, and Tai Chi to improve circulation and energy and promote stability and relaxation.
