I believe movement is integral to happiness and Pilates is a complete yet versatile method of movement. I have seen Pilates help people from all walks of life in all phases of their lives move better, feel stronger, and be more healthy. I strive to help clients develop a balance of stability, strength, and mobility through a detailed approach that successfully supports the natural alignment and movements of each individual’s body. I focus sessions towards improving postural alignment, core stability, and movement efficiency while simultaneously engaging the mind to help develop awareness and control. This combination allows physical improvements to be retained and applied to daily life and activities outside of the studio. I truly think Pilates can serve to augment any exercise regimen or provide a complete full-body exercise system in and of itself. An individualized Pilates program will challenge your body safely and efficiently, push you to move in newly discovered ways, and ultimately result in positive physical and mental changes.
