In order to achieve this, I believe every individual should be developed in an effective, efficient, and safe manner so that they can improve their strength, power, and speed without compromising recovery & regeneration. This process begins with a detailed assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses, establish measurables to chart progress as well as setting specific and purposeful goals. Workouts structured around accomplishing goals and seeing progress are more challenging, engaging, purposeful, and fun!
