Philosophy:

Since 2010 I have been assisting individuals through private and group instruction. As a group instructor, I coach TRIBE, cycling, REAXING, yoga sculpt, yoga, and HIIT classes. Yoga is the backbone of my teaching philosophy as I assist clients in understanding the alignment of yoga in a relationship to the exercises performed. Through this understanding, I will assist individuals in deepening their mind-body connection and find more effortless practice in all areas of fitness.
