Philosophy:

My philosophy is to teach as many people about functional fitness (Balance/Stability/Core Strengthening) and how-to-move with perfect form starting with basic mechanics.  I love working with people who want to build muscle or trying to lose weight/body fat.  I also enjoy occupational training (Sitting/Standing/Walking), helping people prepare for vigorous vacations, everyday life and outdoor activities.  Clients that have special needs are among my favorite clients to train.  They have an underlying motivation that drives them to be better, not just look better.  My 15 plus years of experience as a personal trainer has allowed me to work with thousands of clients, and I’m ready to help you when you are ready.
